Working around guests

Every hotel job has an access and timing section. Use it to tell tradies when they can be on site, which rooms you can block out, and where they can't go. They'll factor it into the price instead of surprising you on the day.

Paying

Pay by card when you accept a quote, and the money is held until the job's signed off. Add your hotel's name when you sign up so tradies know who they're dealing with once you've accepted.
